North Arm Timothy Lake Campground Description
North Arm Campground at Timothy Lake is a small, quiet campground set far away from the other larger campgrounds in the area. It is located just a half mile from the geological wonder known as “Little Crater Lake” and offers a much more private experience compared to the rest of the lake. The campground is shaded and because it is on the north end of the lake it only sees afternoon sun and is typically shaded for most of the morning. Some of the campsites are situated on the lake share while others are on the other side of the access road. At the North Arm Campground you will find vault toilets, potable drinking water, fire pits and picnic tables. There is no onsite camp host however you will find that a host from one of the other nearby campgrounds will visit to collect fees several times throughout the day. Still, this is a great campground for those looking to avoid the crowds the rest of the campgrounds at Timothy Lake tend to attract.
Nearby attractions include Little Crater Lake, the Pacific Crest Trail, the 13 mile loop around Timothy Lake and water related activities.

I have a large group(20-30 people) that is looking for a camp ground to spend a week tenting. What would the total fees be for a group this size?
Depends how many cars and campsites you will be in. Costs are $16 – $20 a night per site and usually around $5 per additional vehicle in each site. Sites are typically limited to two vehicles per site.
I am planning on a day trip to Timothy this Friday October 1st, and would prefer to launch my drift boat from the North arm campground, if possible. I know that camping is closed, however is the boat launch still accessible at this time?? TIA!
