Indian Creek Campground Description
Indian Creek Campground is located in the Wenatchee National Forest in Washington and sits on the far west side of Rimrock Lock between White Pass and Naches. The campground sees moderate usage during the busy summer months and does accept reservations. Due to its convenient proximity to Rimrock Lake and the Wenathee Cascades, this campground has become popular with all types of outdoor enthusiasts from anglers and boaters to hikers and backpackers.
The campground is a looped setup and has 39 sites, some of which are near the lake’s edge while others are closer to the highway or on the inner loop. There is lake access from the campground however there is a good amount of trees and shrubs between the campsites and the lake itself. The loop is large enough for long trailers however there are no full hookups at this campground for RV’s.
Overall this is a nice campground if you want to be close enough to the lake to walk to its shores or if you are planning on doing some outdoor activity in the Cascades. The campground is clean, has a friendly camp host and is great for a family camping trip. It should be noted that during the hot, hot days of August there can at times be a fire ban in this area so inquire with the local forest service before planning on having a campfire.
