This relatively new park was opened in 2007 and at the time was the first new full-service state park to open in Oregon since 1972. Some of the activities at the park include disc golf, hiking, horseback riding, camping (RV & Tent), cabins, bicycle riding, picnicking and more. The park is also great for a short day trip due to its close location to the greater Portland area. There is a 18 hole disc golf course and if you do not have your own discs you can rent them upon arrival. The park is open year round and features a total of 78 camping sites .
