  1. Clear Cove Campground is our new favorite place to shed all life-stresses. The Host staff are friendly and diligent about keeping the facilities clean and fresh.

    1. Glad it was a good time! Clear Lake is absolutely amazing and the path around the lake is really nice. I have never camped there though so it is good to hear positive feedback.

  2. one of the most beautiful places in Oregon. My family has been camping here for over 50 years. It is breathtakingly beautiful! the lake is clear and cold! the fishing is usually very good. loads of wildlife. Osprey swoop down and grab fish right in front of you. there are Deer, Ducks, and many kinds of birds. we saw 2 young, Bald Eagles this year. loads of squirrels, chipmunks, and wild rabbits. I have seen otters, beaver, and have seen signs of bear.
and there are gorgeous waterfalls just a couple of miles down the trail.

    1. Karla, You sound like someone who might know a good number to call to reserve a cabin here at Clear Lake. I’d love to have any insider’s scoop! ~ Chelan Russ and family ~
